| 摘 要： | 高校体育教育专业毕业生就业面临严峻的挑战。为了应对就业困难的局面,要彻底摈弃陈旧的人才培养理念,根据社会需求调整办学格局和人才培养方案,改革课程体系,加大实践教学力度,加强人文素质培养,全面提高体育教育专业人才的素质。

| Abstract: | Graduates＇employment of physical education major in colleges and universities face severe challenges.In order to copy with serious employment situation.To abandon the dated talent cultivation concept thoroughly,we should adjust school-running pattern and talent cultivation program according to the requirement of the society,reform course system,increase practice teaching,strengthen humanistic quality cultivation and improve the qualities of the major talents of physical education in an all-round way. |
