| Abstract: | This paper contains the full text of the letter from Wei Yuan to honorific Uncle Gong Bao.After a careful research,the paper considers that the honorific Uncle Gong Bao was Tao Sin,and it also affirms the date of the letter and the event that Wei Yuan gave up his favorite land Wudingshan to Tao Sin.In the end of this paper,the author puts forward some personal opinions which are worth being further discussed. |
