| 摘 要： | "以人为本",是我党的执政理念,也是中国在推进社会主义现代化建设进程中对人的主体地位日益重视的客观反映。通过对传统民本思想进行扬弃以及创新、发展现代的人本理论,党提出了以人为中心的科学发展观,而科学发展观的确立对我国推进现代化建设、构建社会主义和谐社会有着极为重要的意义。

| Abstract: | "People oriented" concept is not only a part of the Party’s ruling ideas,but the objective reflection of the increasing emphasis on the human being’s subject status in the process of advancing the socialist modernization construction in China.By innovating and sublating the traditional civilian-oriented concept and developing the modern theory of humanism,the Communist Party of China proposed scientific outlook on development,whose core is "people oriented".Its establishment has tremendous significance for China to advance the modernization construction and build the harmonious socialist society. |
