| 摘 要： | 从技术创新联盟的特定情境出发,将知识整合机制分为独立整合机制和合作整合机制两个维度,分析并强调了它们对创新绩效的正向影响作用。基于多重理论视角,识别并研究了任务不确定性、联盟关系不确定性(联盟依赖和联盟冲突)以及外部环境不确定性对这两种整合机制的影响,认为独立型、合作型知识整合机制在这些前导变量和创新绩效之间起中介作用,并给出了相关命题和研究框架。

| Abstract: | Based on technological innovation alliance,knowledge integration mechanisms are divided into independent mechanisms and cooperative mechanisms in this paper,their positive impacts on innovation performance are also analyzed and highlighted.From multiple theoretical perspectives,the authors identify and study the effects of task uncertainty,alliance relationship uncertainty(alliance interdependence and alliance conflict) and external environmental uncertainty on the two integration mechanisms,conclude that independent and cooperative mechanisms play a mediate role between these antecedents and innovation performance.Finally,relevant propositions and research framework are given. |
