基于技术生命周期的企业技术管理能力评价研究

摘    要:基于技术生命周期理论,考察技术生命周期不同阶段技术任务的变化,根据技术管理系统运作过程识别技术管理能力的关键活动,并据此设计技术管理能力评价指标体系。选择支持向量机方法构建技术管理能力评价模型,并以A企业为例进行实证分析。结果表明:在不同技术生命周期阶段,技术管理的重点发生变化,技术管理能力的评价指标体系不同;技术管理能力评价的支持向量机模型能够对技术管理能力进行有效评价。

Abstract:In the era of knowledge economy,technology management capability becomes the key for enterprises to achieve competitive advantages,and it is of great significance for firms to effectively assess their technology management capabilities.This paper,based on technology life cycle theory,explores changes of technological tasks in different stages of technology life cycle and identifies key activities of technology management capability in each stage,and design the index system for assessing technology management capability.Selecting and applying support vector machine method,the paper constructs an assessment model for technology management capability,and makes an empirical analysis of the model by taking firm A as an example.The results indicate that major tasks of technology management vary in different stages of technology life cycle and index systems of technology management capability in different stages are different;the support vector machine assessment model is effective in assessing technology management capability.
