论经济制度伦理

本文对制度伦理的研究对象、特点、功能及其与个体伦理的区别，作了系统阐述，在分析对比两种极具典型的社会制度公正模式即以罗尔斯为代表的正义论和以诺齐克为代表的权利论基础上，提出了建立在历史唯物主义基础之上的现代制度伦理的公正观和我国社会主义市场经济条件下坚持制度公正之伦理实践的操作要点。

On Ethic of Economy System

This paper expatiates systematically on the ethic of economy system, discussing its research objects, features, functions, as well as its difference from the individual ethic. On the basis of analysis and comparison of the equity models of two typical social systems, i. e. the justice theory represented by Rawls and the right theory represented by Norzick, the paper presents the justice viewpoint of the ethic of the modern social system based on historical materialism. Besides, it describes the essential points for consistently putting into practice the ethic of system justice under the condition of the socialist market economy in China.
