| 摘 要： | 通过对美国职业体育变迁轨迹的梳理，得出制度创新是美国职业体育快速发展的关键，尤其是管理者的创新、各种促进联盟竞争均衡的制度安排以及市场需求导向是促使美国职业体育制度变迁的核心和关键，可对仅从技术层面模仿的我国职业体育的制度创新提供启示和思考。
