| Abstract: | Based on the basic theories of the law and insurance,the paper carried out the analysis of the feasibility and function of liability insurance for the sports injury in school from several angles including the connotation,characteristics,target of liability insurance for the sports injury and its difference to the accident insurance,so as to make people aware of its importance. |
