摘    要:生殖健康事关国计民生。“提高生殖健康水平,改善出生人口素质”,是我国人口健康核心战略。随着我国经济社会快速发展,环境污染和食品安全问题增加,产生大量生殖健康问题。不孕不育已经成为仅次于肿瘤和心血管疾病的第三大疾病,给家庭和社会带来了巨大的负担,阐明不孕不育相关疾病的分子机制并依此提出切实可行的防治对策,有效降低出生缺陷的发生率,是生殖健康与遗传领域亟待研究的课题,也是我国经济与社会发展的重大需求。随着辅助生殖技术的飞速发展,通过该技术出生的婴儿数量逐年上升,然而,与自然出生的婴儿相比,其安全性及伴随而来的子代健康问题亟待评估。本文主要总结分析我国辅助生殖队列建设的必要性和重大意义。

The Role of Queue Construction for Assisted Reproduction in Reproductive Medicine Research

Abstract:Reproductive health is related to national economy and people's livelihood."Improving the level of reproductive health and improving the quality of the birth population"is the core strategy of China's population health.With the rapid development of China's economy and society,environmental pollution and food safety problems have increased,and a large number of reproductive health problems have arisen.Infertility has become the third largest disease after tumors and cardiovascular diseases,which has brought a huge burden on families and society.It is an urgent subject for research in the field of reproductive health and genetics to clarify the molecular mechanism of infertility-related diseases and propose practical control measures based on it,and effectively reduce the incidence of birth defects,and it is also a major need for China's economic and social development.With the rapid development of assisted reproductive technology,the number of babies born through this technology has increased year by year.However,compared with naturally-born babies,their safety and accompanying offspring health issues need to be evaluated.This paper mainly summarizes the necessity and significance of queue construction for assisted reproduction in China.
