| 摘 要： | 我国大中小学生体质健康状况连续20多年呈下降趋势,学校体育难辞其咎。体育新课程标准的推行从立论、理论准备,到实验、推广存在着一系列问题,造成了不良后果。对健康与体质、兴趣的迎合与培养、教师主导性与学生主体性等关系做了理论澄清,对竞技体育进入学校,学校体育中体现国家意志等问题做了理论说明。

| Abstract: | The school physical education should to be blame on the decline of students physical health status in China for 20 consecutive year. The new sports curriculum has a series of problems in the argumentation, theory preparation, experiment and promotion, and they lead some adverse effects. This article clarified the theory on the relationship between the health and the physique, the adaptation and training of the interests, the teacher＇ s predominance and the student＇ s subject. And it also makes a theoretical explanation on the competitive sports into school and how the will of the state reflects in the school physical education. |
