| Abstract: | Reflection is an effective strategy and means for promoting teacher's professional development. In the joint efforts made by universities and primary and secondary schools to construct "teacher development schools", it has been proved that the adoption of individual and collective reflection of the past experience and events in educational practice can effectively promote teachers' professional development and improve their sense and ability to rethink. |
