Cultivation of Inter-Disciplinary Talents of English for Business and Economics in West China

The lack of talents greatly restricts the competitiveness of western private enterprises.And the lack of inter-disciplinary talents directly restricts their international communication,influnce and competitiveness.In order to cultivate inter-disciplinary talents to work for western private enterprises,the training pattern of the local universities should be changed.The students’ language skills and specialized knowledge should be strengthened and the importance of practice should be emphasized.Moreover,western private enterprises’ concept about talents should be changed.The enterprises should provide more chances to their employees to enhance themselves,to make them develop into inter-disciplinary talents of English for business and economics.
