| 摘 要： | 随着计算机技术、通信技术和互联网技术的飞速发展与深度融合,在线支付技术日趋成熟,国家开放大学学生在线自助缴费平台将在线支付技术引入远程开放教育学生缴费过程,作为学生缴费的一种途径,方便了学生,促进了教育信息化建设。同时,通过对教务管理系统的升级改造,起到了优化管理流程、提高工作效率的作用。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development and deep integration of computer, communication and internet technology, online payment technology is mature. An online self-service payment platform is built for The Open University of China which is used to provide an option in student＆#39;s payment process. The platform facilitates the students and promotes the ICT in education, as well as optimizes the management processes and improves work efficiency through the upgrading of educational management system. |
