刍议校本培训的外部资源

摘    要:虽然校本培训打破了院校培训中形成的“专家权威作为主体高高在上,参培教师只是作为培训客体仰视专家,被动接受培训”的传统关系,但是由于学校发展、教师专业发展和校本培训自身发展的特点,校本培训仍然需要引进外部资源,才能持续地焕发生命力。校本培训外部资源主要包括教育行政部门、教师培训机构等,他们担任校本培训的顾问、支持者,发挥宏观调控、导控等作用,协助校本培训有效发展。

Abstract:Though the school-based training has put an end to the traditional relations of"Authorities Instruct,Trainess Accept",however,with the development of the school,the progress of teaching majors and the features concerning school-based training,exterior resources should be introduced in so as to activate the vitality of the training.The exterior resources mentioned above refer to educational executive organizations and those teacher-training institutions,the personnel involved of which can be invited to take the office of consultants and supporters.They are supposed to play a role in assisting in the macro-regulation and monitoring instruction so as to guarantee the effective development of school-based training.
