| 摘 要： | 在互联网时代，网络反腐蕴含着积樱的宪法意义。网络反腐彰显了公民的言论自由权和监督权，落实了宪法规定的公民参与国家管理的权利。应当通过宪法引领网络反腐的制度建设，推进政府信息公开，加强对网民及网站的管理引导，实现网络反腐与传统反腐方式的有效互动。

| Abstract: | Network anti-corruption is the contemporary party new words. In the Internet age, the network anti-corruption contain positive constitutional significance, highlights the freedom of speech and supervision, and carry out the constitution of the citizens＇ right to participate in country management. We should lead the system construction of network attti-corruption by constitution,promote the govemment information publicity, strengthen the management of Intemet users and websites guidance, achieve the effective interactive net- work with the traditional way of anti-corruption campaign. |
