高校后勤社会化改革的反思

高校后勤社会化改革成果显著，使扩招目标得以顺利实现，有力地促进了中国高等教育事业的快速发展。但也存在诸如后勤实体定位不清、后勤工作人员人事关系脱钩难等问题，应进一步明确高校后勤社会化改革的目标与方向，并进一步深化高校后勤人事改革，还应不断加大政府对此的扶持力度，才能使高校后勤社会化改革实现预期目标。
