| 摘 要： | 新课程改革是教育发展的必然要求,教师是新课程的直接实施者.在少数民族地区从事新课程改革的是第一线教师,因此要加强师资队伍建设,深入学习新课标,提高和改善教学质量,让新课程的教育理念、方法在课堂教育教学中得以顺利实施.

| Abstract: | The reform of new courses is a necessary prerequisite for educational development and teachers are the conductors of the new courses.In ethnic minority regions,teachers are the participants of the new course reform.Therefore,we should strengthen the building of teaching body,study the standards of new courses in depth,and improve teaching quality so as to realize the smooth implementation of educational concept and methods of the new courses in classroom teaching. |
