| 摘 要： | 刑事被追诉人迅速审判权作为刑事被追诉者的一项基本权利,已被大多数国家作为一项基本宪法权利予以确认和保护,反思我国相关刑事诉讼立法关于刑事被追诉人迅速审判权保护的不足以及相关制度的缺陷,建议在我国立法和司法实践中推进我国刑事被追诉人迅速审判权.

| Abstract: | As one basic right,the rapid judicial power of the person investigated in criminal suit has been acknowledged as one basic constitution to be ensured and protected.The present article tentatively reassesses the insufficiency and deficiency of the protection of rapid judicial power of the person investigated in criminal suit and advances the rapid judicial power of the person investigated in the legislative and judicial practice of our country. |
