民营企业绩效考评体系构建研究

摘    要:随着市场竞争的加剧和企业改革的不断深化,绩效考评已成为现代人力资源管理的一个核心问题,它对提高员工素质,加强劳动管理,激发员工积极性等方面都具有十分重要的作用。近年来,我国民营企业虽然得到了快速发展,但是,很多民营企业受传统的家族管理模式的影响,在实施绩效考评时存在诸多问题,严重地阻碍了企业的健康发展。因此,进一步增进民营企业对绩效考评工作的了解,客观地对我国民营企业的绩效考评工作进行分析、针对民营企业绩效考评存在的问题提出对策,并设定科学的绩效考评体系不仅是可行的而且是非常必要的。

Abstract:As competition intensifies and the continuous deepening of enterprise reform,performance evaluation has become a modern human resources management a core issue,it improve staff quality Jiaqiang labor management,inspire employees of such areas are actively plays an important role.In recent years,China's private enterprises have developed rapidly,however,many private enterprises by the traditional model of family management,performance appraisal exists in the implementation of many problems,which seriously hindered the healthy development of enterprises.Therefore,further evaluation on the performance of private enterprises to promote understanding of the work,an objective of private enterprises in China to analyze the work performance evaluation,performance evaluation for private enterprise to propose a solution the problems and set scientific performance appraisal system is not only feasible but also It is very necessary.
