| 摘 要： | 随着高校办学规模的扩大,国家和地方政府对高等教育投入的加大,高校采购的规模也大幅度增长。采购过程中由于多种因素的作用,使学校未能实现预期效果,发生各种损失,因此加强对高校采购问题的研究就显得十分重要。通过对高校采购合同的问题从法律角度进行分析,以期对高校采购工作的规范管理有所裨益。

| Abstract: | With the expansion of the scale of higher education,and the investment of the state and local governments in higher education,the scale of university purchase is also increasing substantially.Due to a variety of factors,universities fail to achieve the expected effect,suffering from all sorts of losses.So it is important to conduct research into university purchase.This paper analyzes university purchase contracts in respect of law,hoping to standardize university purchasing management. |
