| Abstract: | One ultimate goal of physical education in colleges is to cultivate the lifelong consciousness for sports among the students. If the students have a higher appreciation for sports,they could choose sports as their way of pastime when they enter the society. Their higher appreciation can effectively prevent them from abandoning the sports in the future. |
