湖北省普通高校武术师资队伍的现状调查与对策研究

采用文献资料调研、问卷调查等方法,对湖北省普通高校武术教师的年龄结构、科研能力、专业水平、学历层次等方面进行了调查研究。结果表明,目前湖北省普通高校武术师资队伍的年龄结构较为合理,但还存在一些亟待解决的问题,如师生比严重失调;武术教师队伍学历偏低,科研能力滞后;教师专业水平参差不齐;教学能力有待于提高等。针对存在的问题提出了完善武术师资队伍建设的对策与建议。

Study on Present Situation and Strategy of Wushu Teachers in Colleges and Universities of Hubei Province

Using literature materials and questionnaires,the study investigated aspects of age structure,scientific research capacity,level of expertise and academic career of wushu teachers in colleges and universities of Hubei province.The result shows that age structure of wushu teachers is fairly reasonable.However,there are some problems to be solved,including serious disturbance ratio of teachers and students,low academic career of teachers,hysteretic scientific research capacity,uneven expertise and teaching capability to be improved.Aiming directly at the existing problems,it proposes strategy and suggestion to consummate construction of wushu teachers.
