| Abstract: | Through using some methods,such as questionnaire,document information,date processing and so on,the authors have investigated and analyzed the sports body building actvities in which the middle and old aged women take part in cities of northeast of China at present.The authors offer theoretical in formation of body building activites of middle and old aged women so that some departments can understand and master the activities.The anthors offer this for reference in order to develop the sports body building actvities of middle and old aged women superiorly. |
