| 摘 要： | 以2010年温哥华冬奥会备战阶段的中国自由式滑雪空中技巧运动员为研究对象,运用文献、专家访谈、测试、实验、逻辑分析、数理统计等研究方法,对我国高水平自由式滑雪空中技巧运动员的体能训练监控进行了研究.分别从训练学、身体机能、形态学及生物力学等方面确立体能训练监控结构、方法和指标体系,并通过训练监控体系对体能训练过程进行了科学、系统的测量与评价,实现了对专项体能训练过程的最佳化控制,达到了提高专项体能训练科学化水平的目的.
