| 摘 要： | 创新型体育人才对当下中国发展具有重要意义.创新型体育人才具有知识、创造力、体质等素质结构,但在学校教育培养过程中却有着很多桎梏因素。院校教育只有在转变教育模式的同时,通过必要的通识必修课、专业选修课、思维训练课和能力实训课等具体教育实践环节的课程设置,才可以打破僵局,培养出社会需要的创新型体育人才。

| Abstract: | Innovative sports talents is significant for the development of contemporary China.Innovative sports talents has the knowledge,the creativity and physical quality,but there are a lot of shackles in the process of education and training in school.Unless we change educational model in school education,and set up new curriculums,such as necessary knowledge compulsory courses,specialty elective course,training courses,thinking training courses and ability training courses in educational practice,we can not break the deadlock and turn out the innovative sports talents that society needs. |
