| 摘 要： | 本文分别从人事管理制度的系统性、人才培育目标的明确性和内部教育形式的多样性几个方面，剖析了日本企业人才培育制度的成功之处。同时，针对目前国内高校经贸日语专业在专业培养方案、人才培养目标和课堂教学模式等方面存在的主要问题，提出了相应的教学改革建议。
