论教师个人教育观念的形成机制

摘    要:教师个人教育观念的形成是由多个环节组成的螺旋式循环过程。浅层教育观念的形成、教育实践行为的实施以及个人教育观念的形成是三个基本环节,各个环节分别有其独特的结构要素与发生机制,同时又相互联系与相互制约。教师在其个人教育观念形成过程中的主体地位不可忽视。

Abstract:The development of personal educational beliefs of teachers is a dynamical and circulative process made by many stages. It includes three interactive stages about the development of superficial educational beliefs, the implementation of educational practice behavior and the development of personal educational beliefs. Each stage has its unique structure and developmental mechanism, and they influence each other and condition each other. Teachers are principal parts in the process of personal educational beliefs.
