| 摘 要： | 高校的“人才”价值是高校的自身价值，在人才强国战略中具有重要的作用。高校要有效地利用“人才”价值做好人才强校工作。做好高校的人才强校工作必须以科学的人才观识才容才，搭建事业平台培养人才，建立竞争机制激励人才，加大力度积极引进人才，以人为本稳定人才。
