论执政党的先进执政理念

执政理念是执政党执政的指导思想，主要是党执政的宗旨、目的和应有的价值取向，是执政党执政能力的基本要素体现。树立先进的执政理念是工人阶级政党作为执政党的存在前提、执政宗旨的体现。在现实中实现先进的执政理念，必须始终以不断发展的马克思主义科学理论作为执政党的指导思想，坚持以兴国为己任，以富民为目标，在实际工作中，不断强化群众利益至上的恩想，努力探索构建社会主义和谐社会的新途径，从而提高党的执政能力。
