| 摘 要： | 农村富余劳动力转移培训是一项系统而浩繁的工程,它对成人教育提出了巨大的挑战,成人教育应及时作出战略调整和策略应对。本文简要分析了我国现有农村富余劳动力的现状及对成人教育的诉求,并探讨了成人教育应采取的相关措施。
