| 摘 要： | 为了探求提高高校排球选修课教学效果的改进方法,采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计与逻辑分析等方法,通过对高校排球选修课开展现状的研究,归纳出9个影响因素,并选取其中的学生身体素质、心理素质、教学手段与方法、排球规则、考核制度与场地器材等6大因素进行分析。总结得出针对上述因素的具体优化措施,为高校排球选修课教学提供一些借鉴。

| Abstract: | To explore the methods to improve the efficiency of the optional course of volleyball for the college students,the article utilizes the literature searching,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical statistics to find out 9 factors through the study of the status quo of volleyball course in colleges and therefore selects the students＇ physical quality,mental quality,teaching methods,volleyball rules,evaluation system and field equipments for further analysis and diagnosis. The specific optimum measures will be summarized in the article to provide some suggestions for the optional course of volleyball in colleges. |
