| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、逻辑论证法,针对目前田径竞技后备人才培养方面所出现的一些弊端作相应的剖析,探寻其深层次原因,认为要提高我国田径在世界大赛中的竞争力,必须加强后备人才的建设,提高基层训练的人才储备量;同时我国青少年训练比赛的制度亟待改革,应加强对运动员注册的管理以及教练员的培训;此外,竞技运动员后备人才的培养与学校培养相结合,应该成为我国田径竞技后备人才培养的方向,但在目前尚不完善,需决策层的进一步引导调控。 |

| Abstract: | With the document and logical analysis,this paper analyzed the malpractice in training reserved talent of track and field in china,pursued the deep reasons.The author considered,in order to raise the competitive power of track and field,we must enhance the training of reserve talent,improve talent reserve;at the same time,the system of game bust be reformed,we should enhance the management of athletic registration and training coach;in addition,training reserve talent combined with school training should become the trend of training reserve talent,but it is not perfect,and need to further lead. |
