摘    要:文章以国内8所高校130名图书馆员工的离职倾向调查所得数据为基础,根据BP人工神经网络算法原理,建立了高校图书馆员工离职倾向与领导管理、人际关系、工作本身、工作压力、福利报酬和发展前途6个影响因素之同的关系模型,并分析了各因素对离职倾向的影响程度.

Abstract:On the basis of the investigation data obtained from 130 full-time librarians in 8 universities,the predicting model for the relation between turnover intention of university librarians and 6 influencing factors which are leadership management,interpersonal relationship,work itself,work stress,welfare benefits and development future has been devel-oped with BP(back propagation)artificial neural network method,and the extent of the influence caused by the factors on turnover intention has been analyzed.
