An Analysis of the Development Path of Foshan Lion Dance Technique in Schools:Taking Minle Primary School as an Example

The lion dance technique originated in Foshan,Guangdong.It is a traditional national sports event that integrates martial arts,dance,weaving,embroidery,painting,and music.It has a long history,rich cultural connotation,and unique social functions such as fitness,education,performance,competition,and so on.By discussing the characteristics and educational value of Foshan lion dance technique,combined with the inheritance and development status of lion dance technique in schools,taking Minle Primary School in Xiqiao Town,Nanhai District,Foshan City as an example,this paper explores the significance and path of developing Foshan lion dance technique in schools,hoping to provide reference for the development of the lion dance in schools.
