| 摘 要： | 可持续发展实验区旨在通过科技引导,推动经济社会持续协调发展的系统工程,选择一些地方作为实验区,在区内进行各种改革实验,是寻求某一区域经济建设与社会发展相互协调的有效途径。"循环经济"可以为优化人类经济系统各个组成部分之间关系提供整体性的思路,为传统经济转向可持续发展经济提供战略性的理论范式,从根本上消除长期以来环境与发展之间的尖锐冲突。

| Abstract: | The program of sustainable development testing region is a systematical project for economy, a sustainable society and harmonious development by science and technology induction. In this program, some regions are selected as testing regions to carry out various reform tests. It is an effective route to pursue coordination between economy construction and society development in a certain region. Circular economy can provide a holistic idea to optimize the components of human economy system, offer a strategic academic pattern to change traditional economy to sustainable developing economy, and radically eliminate the furious conflict between environments and development. |
