| 摘 要： | 针对我国田径竞技队伍管理体制中存在的人才选拔与输送、竞技训练与文化学习、高素质教练队伍以及竞赛制度改革等问题,通过文献资料、专家访谈及常规统计分析,提出了一些新的管理实施模式及相应的建议.
