| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、录像解析法、拍摄法,对我国优秀女子三级跳远运动员第一、二的速度变化情况进行分析,同时与世界优秀运动员进行对比。探讨女子三级跳远技术中第一、二跳速度分配特点。为今后的教学和训练提供理论参考。

| Abstract: | This article utilizes the literature material law,video analysis method,shooting method,made an analysis of our country outstanding female triple jump athletes＇ velocity changes in the first and second stages,and at the same time were compared to the world elite athletes.Furthermore it explored women＇s triple jump technology in the first and second jump speed distribution characteristics,to provide a theoretical reference for future teaching and training. |
