湘西土家族体育养生文化研究

湘西土家族体育养生文化源渊流长,有着得天独厚的文化沉积,蕴藏着极其丰富而又珍贵的文化宝藏。由于地理位置、生活方式、宗教信仰及社会制度的不同,孕育了其独特的文化,具有浓郁的民族文化色彩。在初步分析土家族体育养生文化的基础上,从指导思想等方面探讨了其体育养生文化的主要内容及其现实意义。具体采用的研究方法包括：文献资料法、社会调查法（专家访谈法、实地考察法）、唯物辩证分析法、文化历史研究法（历史比较方法、）等。研究结论能够为现代养生与保健科学健康发展提供一些参考价值,从宗教文化、尚武民风和民族习俗等方面探讨体育养生文化的主要内容及意义,为进一步开展土家族体育养生文化研究抛砖引玉。

Research on Tujia Sports Health Culture in West Hunan

Xiangxi sports health culture enjoys a long history,and a lot of cultural deposition,containing the extremely rich and precious cultural treasures.Due to the geographical location,the life style,religious belief and different social system,it gives birth to its unique culture of rich national cultural color.This paper＇s study purposes are： in the initial analysis of the Tujia sports health culture,on the basis of the guiding ideology,it discusses its sports health cultural main contents and realistic significance.The concrete research methods include： the literature material law,social investigation,expert interview method,field investigation method,dialectical materialist analysis,culture history method（history comparison method,etc.And the conclusion is that modern health and health care for the healthy development of science provides some reference value,from religious culture,folkway customs and martial sports,thus this paper discusses the main content and the health cultural significance to further develop the Tujia sports health cultural study for reference.
