摘    要:行进间投篮是篮球比赛中应用最为广泛的一种投篮技术和方法,练习的作用和价值都非常大.但是对于初学者来说,要掌握其技术特点也不容易.根据三十多年的篮球实践经验和教学经验,并根据行进间投蓝的技术特点和学生的实际情况,把练习的重点放在解决脚步动作上.分成五个步骤,第一步是教师讲解示范和学生徒手模仿练习;第二步是接固定点的球上步投篮;第三步是跑动中接固定点的球上步投篮;第四步是原地运一次球后接球上篮;第五步是行进间运球上篮.逐步深化,从而达到使学生尽快掌握技术动作的目的,取得了较好的效果.

Abstract:The moving shoot is the shooting skill and method applied in the most widespread ranges in basketball matches. The practice effect and value are all very great. But to a beginner, it is still not so easy to master the technical characteristics. On the basis of practical experience and teaching experience in basketball for more than 30 years and according to the technical characteristics in the moving shoot and the student's real situation ,the writer places the key points on the footstep motion. He devides it into 5 steps. The first step is that the teacher explains and gives a demonstration and the students imitate and practise it bare-handed. The second step is to catch the ball in a fixed point and then go ahead to shoot. The third step is to catch a ball from a fixed point at a run and then run ahead to shoot. The fourth step is to dribble a basketball at the same place and then catch the ball and go ahead to shoot. The fifth step is to dribble a moving basketball and then go ahead to shoot. Then let the students deepen the skills step by step. Thus we achieve the goal to let the students master the technical motions as soon as possible and also achieve better results.
