| Abstract: | The criminal offence of reactionary social nature has emerged the rising trend in China. If we don't
give rise to attach great importance to it and don't take powerful countermeature to it, too, the rampant situation
of criminal offence of reactionary social nature will certainly appear, thus it will be disturbed for us to carry out our
general and specific policies, and our economic development will be restricted, too. So in the thesis, author ex-
presses own viewpoint about it from the aspects to command and crack down on the criminal offence of reactionary
social nature and social countermeature. |
