| 摘 要： | 从复杂适应系统理论视角,应用CAS理论重新客观全面地描述了投资项目经济评价系统,建立了有限理性项目经济评价模型。有限理性项目经济评价模型将项目信息划分为三类,即确定性信息、风险信息和不确定信息,并从这三个信息维度综合评价投资项目,对传统经济评价方法作了探索和改进。

| Abstract: | From complex adaptive systems theory perspective, this article re-describes the project economic evaluation system impersonally and roundly, and also offers a CAS-based project economic evaluation model. In the model, project information is classified into known information, risk information and also uncertain information, and the project is synthetically evaluated in this three dimensions. In this way, this article means to make meaningful explorations and also improvements for the traditional project economic evaluation methods. |
