竞争、产权和我国国有企业治理效率的实证检验

本文重新演绎了国有资本的产权属性,并利用要素生产率和工业利润率时序数据检验我国国有企业发展低效率根源,以及市场竞争和产权孰轻孰重问题。检验结果表明,国有产权结构变量对产业利润率呈现出明显负效应,市场竞争则呈显著正向作用关系,国有企业的产出正是所有因素正负效应综合作用的结果。因此,国有企业只有强化市场竞争和产权制度改革才能取得良好绩效。

An Empirical Study on Competition, Property Right and the Governance Efficiency of Chinese State - owned Enterprise

The paper rebuilds the property right characters of state capital,and uses the series data of factor production and profit rate to test the origin of the low efficiency of state-owned enterprise,and judge which is more important, competition or the property right? It points out that,the state-owned property right structure has the passive relation- ship with the profit rate,but the competition is positive,and the low efficiency of state-owned enterprise is the com- pound result of both.So,only by strengthening the reform of property right and competition,the efficiency of state - owned enterprise will be promoted.
