| 摘 要： | 人力资本在经济增长中的作用的大小,不仅取决于区域人力资本存量,更要取决于人力资本内部结构的协调。促进经济增长的人力资本结构包括企业家人力资本、专业人力资本和一般人力资本。文章提出了经济增长中的人力资本结构的不同组合模式,以及其他模式向“双高型”人力资本结构模式转化的途径。文章认为,扩大企业家人力资本存量是经济增长的优先政策选择。

| Abstract: | Human capital contributes to economic growth,decided not only by it's quantity,but also by it's structure.Based on economic growth,human capital may be divided into enterpriser human capital,specialized human capital and general human capital.This paper analyzed different model of human capital structure,and raised approaches of other model changing to "two-high" model.It is believed that bring up enterpriser is the priority in policy on economic growth. |
