师幼关系对幼儿自我效能感的影响

摘    要:幼儿已有的亲子依恋关系左右着师幼关系的性质,同时师幼关系又会强化或削弱幼儿在与父母的互动中已经形成的自我效能感。教师的职业自觉性和敏感性同样影响着师幼关系的走向,进而影响幼儿自我效能感的发展。有利于幼儿自我效能感发展的师幼关系具有互惠性、协助性和社会建构性的特征。教师可以通过建立安全信任的师幼关系、帮助幼儿积累成功经验、充分发挥评价的改善功能三个方面促进幼儿自我效能感的发展。

Abstract:Parent and Child relationship that a child already has contributes to teacher and child relationship, and teacher and child relationship will strengthen or weaken the self-efficacy a child has had during their interaction with their parents. Teachers' professional awareness and sensibility also produces impact on the developmental trend of teacher and child relationship and then further influences the development of self-efficacy of a child. Teacher and child relationship that is beneficial to the cultivation of self-efficacy should have the following characteristics: mutual benefit, mutual help and social construction. Teachers can promote the development of children's self efficacy by building safe and reliable teacher and child relationship, helping children save successful experiences and bring the correction function of evaluation into full play.
