基于财务管理角度建设节约型高校对策研究

构建节约型高校不仅是自身可持续发展的需要，更是建设节约型社会不可或缺的一部分。高校财务管理在创建节约型校园过程中具有举足轻重的导向作用。笔者基于财务管理角度，分析了节约型校园建设面临的问题，从树立成本和效率意识．加强财务管理制度建设，转变财务管理角色，构建预算管理新模式，改革高校成本补偿机制，建立科学合理的考评和奖惩机制等方面探讨了构建节约型校园的对策。

Building Economical Campus Based on the Financial Management

Constructing economical campus is not only the need of sustainable development of itself, but also an indispensable part of constructing economical society .Financial management plays a important guiding role in economical campus building. Based on financial management point of view, the author analyzed the problem of economical campus construction, from the aspects of setting up cost and efficiency consciousness, strengthen the financial management system construction, changing financial management role, building a new model of budget management, reform the cost compensation mechanism, establish scientific and reasonable evaluation and rewards and punishment mechanism and so on, discussing the way to build a economical campus.
