| 摘 要： | 企业集团实施财务集中管理,是规范集团对下属公司财务控制、提高资金使用效益、集团整体利益最大化的需要。实施财务集中管理,需要具备以下基本条件:集团公司对子公司的适度控制、先进的财务信息管理系统、科学的财务控制体系。具体措施主要包括完善集团公司治理结构、完善预算管理、狠抓资金管理、加强内部控制、进行会计集中核算等。

| Abstract: | It's necessary to implement financial centralized management in enterprise group for headquarter normalizing subordinate companies'finance control,increasing efficiency of capital utilization,maximizing the profits of the whole group.Headquarter controlling the subordinate companies moderately,modern financial information management system and scientific financial control system are the conditions of carrying out financial centralized management.Enterprise group should improve company structure,perfect budget management,strengthen capital management and internal control,conduct intensive accounting. |
