| 摘 要： | 将实物期权方法应用到土地的开发决策中,充分考虑了不确定性对土地开发决策的影响,实物期权方法能够客观地处理土地开发过程中的不确定性,并通过二项式期权定价方法来确定延迟开发土地的期权价值,评估闲置土地的开发问题.
