| 摘 要： | “无讼”思想是中国传统法律思想的高度概括，“无讼”思想的产生不是偶然的，它有着深刻的经济、政治、思想、社会根源。“无讼”思想和社会主义和谐社会思想在价值观上有着惊人的契合之处，对构建社会主义和谐社会具有着重要的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | The thought on ＂No litigation＂ is an important aspect and feature of Chinese traditional legal thought, which is not aroused occasionally, and it has deep root in economy, politics, thought and society. The thought on ＂No litigation＂ has an aston-ishing agreement with the socialist harmonious society in value outlook, and it is significant for forming a socialist harmonious society as well. |
