| 摘 要： | 新经济政策是苏联在20世纪20年代内战结束后实施的一项改革政策,是列宁对社会主义建设的实践探索,为我国初级阶段社会主义建设提供了宝贵的经验教训。主要对新经济政策进行评价与反思,并谈谈它对我国初级阶段社会主义建设的启示。

| Abstract: | The New Economic Policy was a reform policy which was implemented in 1920s in the former Soviet Union after the Civil War.It was Lenin's exploration of the socialist road and it provided us with some valuable experiences for China's socialist construction.This paper ties to make a brief evaluation of the New Economic Policy and to analyze its impact on China's socialist construction in the primary stage. |
