基于知识产权战略的工业企业核心能力培育

知识产权是企业核心能力评价中的一个重要因素，知识产权战略与企业核心能力的培育有着非常密切的关系，从实质上看，知识产权及知识产权战略是企业核心能力培育的外在表现，核心能力培育是知识产权及知识产权战略的目的与归宿。当前，缺乏有效的知识产权战略已成为我国企业核心能力培育的重要制约因素之一，据此，从核心技术能力，核心市场能力和核心组织适应能力这三个方面，介绍知识产权战略在其培育过程中的运用。

The Cultivation of Core Competence of Industry Enterprise Based on Intellectual Property Strategy

Intellectual property is an irnportant lactor in the evaluation of core competence. intellectual property strategy has very close relation with the cultivation of core competence. Virtually .intellectual property and intellectual property strategy are ostensible performance of core competence. The cultivation of core competence is the goal of intellectual property strategy. Currently,the short-age of intellectual property strategy is a key-limiting factor in the cultivation of core competence in China. Considering this situation,it introduces the application of intellectual property strategy in the cultivating process from following three aspects:core technology competence,core marketing competence and core management competence.
